Booked a room on 3 levels. Thoroughly enjoyed that it was comfortable. The employees were welcoming and friendly. The hotel's location was unique on a mountain.

Tbh, had an excellent stay on vacation. We loved this hotel, it was clean with the best possible and affable and welcoming staff.

Fairly clean hotel, thoroughly enjoyed to be next to shops and the Old Mill, restaurants and food city and the river thanks to particularly good location. Our room was comfy and outstanding with bathroom and fridge, for example. A shower and hairdryers was a plus.

Our stay at this hotel was luxurious. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all of our needs were met. The private facilities in our room were exclusive, and the seasonal outdoor pool added to the exclusive amenities provided. The location advantages were also a plus, as it was conveniently located in the heart of town.

The only issue we encountered was a minor one – the room temperature seemed to fluctuate and was difficult to regulate. However, this did not detract from our overall experience.

During my Easter getaway, I appreciated the complimentary parking and Wi-Fi at this budget hotel. It was also conveniently located near various restaurants and attractions, making it easy to get around without a car. the view from my room of the nearby river was quite pleasant.

My experience at this hotel was not great overall. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, with stains on the bedding and mold in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at a budget-friendly hotel in Pigeon Forge for a few days of hiking. The location was great, close to everything. My room was simple, but clean and serviceable, with a bed, fridge, bathroom. I loved waking up to the beautiful river view every day. Although the air conditioning system was a bit loud, it worked well and kept me cool.

This hotel has a great location close to many attractions on the Gatlinburg side of the area. The room service was efficient and responsive. The breakfast was filling and delicious. The view of the natural landscape was breathtaking, with the river flowing softly in the background. I loved the leisure facilities, especially the well-maintained swimming pool and the fitness center, which were perfect for my morning workout routine.

Sadly, something about the hotel experience dampened my spirits a bit, with staff being a little less accommodating than I had hoped.
